Good VPS, slow provisioning

I ordered an NVMe VPS in their New York location last month. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, and I received a confirmation email quickly. It took about 48 hours for the VPS to actually be provisioned, which was a bit longer than I expected, but once it was up, the performance has been solid. I'm using it for a small web application, and the KVM virtualization combined with NVMe storage really makes a difference. I had a quick question about BGP setup and used their support ticket system; they responded within a few hours, though the answer was a bit generic. Overall, happy with the product itself, just wish the setup was faster.

Decent value, slight hiccups

I got a storage VPS from HostHatch during a LowEndTalk promotion. The price was really good for the amount of storage. Provisioning took about an hour, which was longer than I expected, but it eventually came online. Performance has been consistent, not mind-blowing but perfectly adequate for backups. I did notice their control panel can be a little clunky sometimes, not as polished as some other providers I've used. Overall, it's a solid option if you catch a good deal, but don't expect instant setup or a super slick interface.

Great value on storage VPS

I was looking for a storage solution and found their Storage VPS during a LowEndTalk promotion. The price for the amount of storage and bandwidth was really good, much better than what I saw at Vultr or DigitalOcean. I got the annual billing discount too, which saved me even more. It felt like a worthwhile purchase. The only minor thing was the payment options were a bit limited, but I made it work. Definitely got my money's worth.

Good NVMe VPS

I purchased an NVMe VPS from HostHatch. Setup was fast. Performance has been solid for my needs. Support response was a bit slow, but the service itself is fine.

Amazing performance!

I just set up a dedicated CPU instance in Los Angeles and it's incredible! The speed is exactly what I needed for my heavy computational tasks. Provisioning was quick for this one, and everything just works. I'm so happy with it! I will absolutely be buying more services from them soon. Seriously, if you need performance, check them out!

Consistent service as always

This was my third order from HostHatch, an Amsterdam VPS this time. Like my previous orders for a Chicago and a London VPS, the service has been consistently reliable. I appreciate that the performance is predictable across different locations. I did notice the custom ISO mounting process felt a little clunky compared to some other providers, but once set up, it ran fine. I keep coming back because I know what to expect.

Pretty good, no real issues

Got a basic SSD VPS in Zurich to host a small project. It was pretty easy to get started. The website was clear enough, and the VPS got provisioned within a day, which was fine. Didn't need to contact support or anything. The performance is solid for what I'm doing. No complaints really, except maybe the control panel could look a bit more modern.

Great deal for storage

I was looking for a cheap storage solution and found HostHatch through one of their annual billing discounts. The upfront cost for a year of their large storage VPS was significantly less than competitors. I paid a few hundred dollars, which felt like a steal for the space. Setting it up was pretty straightforward, though I had to wait a few hours for the VPS to be fully ready after payment. It's been running reliably since then. For the price I paid, the value is excellent, even with the slight wait for activation. Definitely worth it if you can snag a promotional rate.
